These terms apply to RAFINED’s mobile messaging program. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Joining our text message program
When you provide your mobile number and opt in through a signup form or another clearly disclosed signup method, you agree to receive the types of messages described at signup from RAFINED at that number. Messages may use automated technology. Providing a phone number for an order, customer service, or an account does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts.
Consent to receive marketing texts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing from RAFINED. You must be the owner or authorized user of the number you provide. Our program is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Messages, frequency, and costs
Depending on what you choose at signup, messages may include product news, launch announcements, offers, and sale notices. If you separately request or opt in to service messages, these may include order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service replies. Message frequency varies based on your subscription and interactions with us. Any frequency disclosed at signup applies to that subscription.
RAFINED does not charge you to receive our texts, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Your carrier can explain those charges. Messages and delivery are subject to carrier and device availability.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to a message from our text messaging number to unsubscribe from that program. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also request help with unsubscribing by emailing rafinedllc@gmail.com. Please identify the mobile number you want removed. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Opting out of marketing texts does not cancel an order or unsubscribe you from email. Manage each channel separately. It also does not prevent a reply to a new customer service request you initiate.

Keep your number current
Tell us if your number changes, is disconnected, or is transferred to another person. Unsubscribe your old number before changing it and opt in again with your new number if you want to continue receiving messages. A subscription does not transfer automatically to a different number.
Privacy
We use your mobile number, consent records, and messaging activity to operate the program, respond to requests, and manage your preferences. Service providers, including Klaviyo, may process this information on our behalf. We do not sell mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Availability and changes
Messages may be delayed or undelivered, and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texts as the sole source of time-sensitive order information; check your order confirmation or contact us.
We may change or end the program, change our sending number, or update these terms. We will provide notice and obtain new consent where required by law. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
